• Attempting to access bm8's internal systems without authorisation
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the bm8 platform

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bm8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached. You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the bm8 customer support team.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations may be subject to balance forfeiture
• Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days
• Balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned to the original payment method once all conditions are met
• Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee
• Bm8 reserves the right to close accounts to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements

8 Limitation of Liability
